School Activities
Today is Milo’s big (bossy) sister Sam’s big day. Her favorite teacher is coming over for breakfast. Everything is going wonderfully but then, just as the doorbell rings, Milo flips the flapjacks right into his dog Wolf’s mouth! Sam will be furious and her teacher will be very hungry! How can Milo get out of this mess in less than a minute?

Ask the students, what would you plan if your teacher were coming for breakfast or dinner? What might go right, what could go wrong, and how would you fix it fast? Write a story based on your idea.

Play “Gobble and Guess” at school to celebrate finishing your stories and read them aloud while you eat!
